I am 16 and researching a case that uses the 4th amendment..so I am unsure about whether or not Mapp was guilty or innocent...if you could let me know as soon as possible...it would help a lot!

This is the correct ruling, however, now with The Patriot Act which makes everything involving the 4th admendment irelative.

That is true Dane, however, not everything dealing with the 4th is now irealitive. It just makes it obslote.
