Hank Aaron Breaks Babe's Record
(Stay tuned for a write-up on this event. The Feast of Passover commemorates the escape of the Jews from bondage in Egypt. Also called the Feast of Unleavened Bread because their escape was so hastily arranged by God that there was not time to allow their bread to rise. The escape, or Exodus, traditionally occurred sometime in the thirteenth century BC, and is detailed in the Bible in the book of the same name.
