OK, outside of the obvious contradiction that the democratic liberals are constantly trying to shut down the ability of conservatives to voice their opinion, this new ruling is a bad idea.

Free speech is a protected individual right. But there was probably no way that the founding fathers could have foreseen the abominations that are our current pacs and special interest groups.

Allowing a highly funded special interest group to plaster misleading or downright false information with a goal of influencing voters is not a great idea.

Individuals should have the unabashed right to voice their opinion, regardless.

But the unrestricted voice of highly funded special interests will, without any doubt, just create an ugly forum for attack ads and false information - from both sides of the aisle!
